We Provide

ACCOUNTING:

OneWay offers assessment and fine collection through bank lockbox services and automatic debit for owners. For our boards, we provide comprehensive financial management, on-line bill pay for review, approval and payment of invoices, budget preparation, monthly financial reports, and collection process initiation. A contracted CPA reviews every associations financial statements on a monthly basis.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Board members receive prompt responses to all communications from a professional manager and have access to weekly action lists to ensure that all community action items are addressed in a timely fashion.  Board members and Homeowners have the ability to contact Managers’ 24/7.  Owners also have 24-hour online access to their accounts, community documents, and emergency responses. We deal with all complaints and concerns timely.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

All of OneWay’s managers are licensed and certified professionals dedicated to exceeding industry standards.  They are knowledgeable of laws, regulations and ethical expectations.  We oversee the maintenance of common areas, act as custodian of records and complete the licensing and renewals required by the Secretary of State and the Colorado Real Estate Division.

WHERE CAN WE SAVE YOU MONEY?

· Administrative Expenses– We do not charge extra fees for being onsite, conducting inspections, coordinating emergency situations or meeting with contractors.

· Management Fees– Our management fees are based on a full service management scope and do NOT increase annually.

· Late Fees– The Association keeps 100% of the late fees collected.
