Jordan grew up in Santa Cruz CA and got a degree from Cal Poly SLO in 2005. He then went on to play football for the Atlanta Falcons and Denver Broncos. After his short but sweet career in Football Jordan settled in Northern CO with his wife and seven children. In 2015 Jordan helped start One Way Community Management! Jordan is an active investor in Real estate in Northern Colorado and has partnered with One Way Community Management to help clients realize their Community goals!

Christina is a Greeley native and proud to serve the Community she grew up in. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a Social Science BA. Her 15+ years of experience in the field of HOA Management has helped her continue to manage HOA Communities throughout Northern Colorado and grow her portfolio. In 2023, Christina became a partner alongside Jordan and enjoys serving OneWay’s clients in many different capacities now. Christina enjoys connecting with new people and serving the communities and Board’s that she works closely with.

Dan has been with OneWay since it formed five and a half years ago. He was self employed as a hot air balloon pilot for twelve years, managed the Greeley Mall for ten plus years and has sixteen years management experience in the credit union field. He is also a USN Veteran. He's been married for thirty four years to his wife Deanne.

Rik was born in Ft. Collins but has spent most of his life in Greeley. In his early 20’s, Rik moved to Washington State. Rik returned to Greeley a few years later to be closer to family, where he founded Walter Construction. Walter Construction was owned and operated by Rik and his brother, Kris and together they grew a construction company based off reliability, trust and quality. When the housing market crashed

Hi, I’m Baylee, a community manager at OneWay in Greeley, CO. I work with HOAs to keep neighborhoods organized and running smoothly, from answering owner questions to coordinating with vendors. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a toddler and love spending my free time hiking, doing photography, and enjoying everything Colorado has to offer!

Chris Hoops is a breath of fresh air in Colorado’s HOA Community Management scene. He has a knack for making residents feel comfortable and confident their community’s interests are protected. Managing HOA communities is a passion for Chris, and with his background in Special Education and Customer Service, it’s easy to see why he is known for his attentiveness and care: he designs plans to meet your community’s needs and guides the board to achieve their goals. Chris isn’t just a community manager. He’s passionate about beer, darts, fresh air, sunshine, and tacos. When Chris isn’t working, you'll often find him at a brewery playing darts or a taqueria scrutinizing their Barbacoa; he may be on the lake paddleboarding or enjoying time with family and friends.
